  • 40 Dumbbell Snatches
  • 30 Dumbbell Renegade Rows (15 each arm)
  • 20 Dumbbell Box Step Overs
  • 10 Dumbbell Man Makers

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for proper form throughout the workout


Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Perform the exercises in order, completing all reps of one movement before moving on to the next. Rest as needed, but push yourself to keep a steady pace throughout the chipper. Be mindful of proper form to prevent injury.
