  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups
  • 10 Kettlebell Windmills

Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken sets, but still pushes your limits.


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Focus on proper form throughout each movement, especially during the Turkish Get-ups and Windmills. Pace yourself to maintain intensity throughout the chipper workout.
