- 30 Kettlebell Snatches (alternating arms)
- 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups
- 10 Kettlebell Windmills
Kettlebell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken sets, but still pushes your limits.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
