  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (15 per arm)
  • 20 Kettlebell Turkish Get-ups (10 per arm)

Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg
Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Note: Focus on maintaining proper form throughout each movement, especially during the Turkish Get-ups. Break up the reps as needed to keep intensity high.
