  • 15 Dumbbell Snatches (each arm)
  • 9 Dumbbell Deadlifts

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs
Time Cap: 10 Minutes


Instructions: Complete the designated number of reps for each exercise in order as quickly as possible, using the specified dumbbell weight. The workout is over once all reps are completed within the time cap.
