- 5 Dumbbell Deadlifts
- 5 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
- 5 Dumbbell Front Squats
Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
Instructions: Perform the prescribed reps of each movement at the start of every minute for 15 minutes. Rest the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Focus on maintaining good technique and pushing yourself through each set.
