EMOM Strength Dumbbell

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 5 Dumbbell Deadlifts
  • 5 Dumbbell Hang Power Cleans
  • 5 Dumbbell Front Squats

Dumbbell Weight: Men: 50lbs / Women: 35lbs


Instructions:
Perform the prescribed reps of each movement at the start of every minute for a total of 20 minutes. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. This workout will challenge your grip strength and overall conditioning. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
