- 10 Dumbbell Thrusters
- 15 Dumbbell Deadlifts
- 20 Dumbbell Renegade Rows
Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for unbroken sets initially, but gets difficult as the rounds progress.
Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of the prescribed exercises. Keep a steady pace and focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout. Rest as needed, but aim to push yourself to keep moving consistently.
