Tabata:


  • Barbell Thrusters (95/65)
  • Bar-facing Burpees

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement.
- Alternate between Barbell Thrusters and Bar-facing Burpees for each round.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all rounds.
