  • 50 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 40 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 30 Dumbbell Deadlifts
  • 20 Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerks
  • 10 Dumbbell Overhead Lunges (per leg)

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
