AMRAP Weightlifting Dumbbell

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Dumbbell Snatches (each arm)
  • 15 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 20 Dumbbell Deadlifts

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Each arm must complete 10 dumbbell snatches. Keep a steady pace and focus on good form throughout the workout.
