EMOM Weightlifting Barbell

EMOM for 12 minutes:
- 1 Power Snatch
- 2 Hang Squat Cleans
- 3 Front Squats


Barbell: #135 / #95
Instructions: Start each minute with the Power Snatch, then move on to the Hang Squat Cleans, and finish with the Front Squats. Rest the remainder of the minute after completing the reps. Adjust weight as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
