- 40 Dumbbell Lunges
- 30 Dumbbell Thrusters
- 20 Dumbbell Box Step-ups
- 10 Dumbbell Deadlifts
Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
