Rounds for Time:


  • 10 Bench Press
  • 20 Deadlifts
  • 30 Box Jumps

Equipment:
- Bench
- Barbell
- Box


Barbell: #185 / #135
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Perform 10 Bench Press, then move on to 20 Deadlifts and finish with 30 Box Jumps. Repeat for a total of 3 rounds. Push yourself to maintain good form and intensity throughout the workout.
