AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 8 Hang Power Cleans
  • 6 Push Jerks

Barbell: #135 / #95


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of 10 deadlifts, 8 hang power cleans, and 6 push jerks. The weight on the barbell should be challenging but allow for unbroken sets. Make sure to focus on proper form throughout the workout to prevent fatigue.
