Tabata Weightlifting GHD Machine

Tabata:


  • GHD Sit-ups
  • Deadlifts

Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds on each exercise. Alternate between GHD Sit-ups and Deadlifts. Choose a challenging weight for the Deadlifts that allows for proper form throughout the Tabata intervals. Rest 1 minute between exercises.
