  • 20 Slam Balls

  • 10 Deadlifts

Time Cap: 10 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform each round as fast as possible while maintaining good form on the deadlifts and box jumps. Push yourself on the slam balls, but be sure to pace yourself for the entire workout.
