AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 10 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 10 Dumbbell Deadlifts

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes, moving through the exercises with proper form and intensity. Rest as needed, but aim to keep a steady pace throughout the workout.
