Barbell: #135 / #95
Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of the prescribed barbell complex. Each round consists of 5 reps of each movement. The goal is to move through the movements with good form and efficiency to accumulate as many rounds and reps as possible within the time cap. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain proper technique throughout the workout.
