Tabata Weightlifting Barbell

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds (20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest) of:
    • Barbell Deadlifts
    • Barbell Hang Power Cleans
    • Barbell Push Jerks

Barbell Weight: Use a weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the entire Tabata.
Instructions: Complete 20 seconds of each movement at max effort, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on speed and technique for each rep.
