EMOM Weightlifting Bench

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Bench Press at 70% 1RM
  • Even minutes: 5 Deadlifts at 70% 1RM

Equipment: Bench, Barbell


Instructions: Complete 5 Bench Presses on the odd minutes and 5 Deadlifts on the even minutes for a total of 20 minutes. Make sure to use proper form and scale weight as needed.
