AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 20 Russian Twists with a Medicine Ball

Equipment: Bench, Box, Medicine Ball
Notes: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Choose a weight for the Bench Press that allows for unbroken sets in the earlier rounds. Keep a steady pace on the Box Jumps and focus on core engagement during the Russian Twists.
