- Wall Ball: 20/14 lbs
- Barbell: 225/155 lbs


Time Cap: 12 Minutes


Notes: Complete each round of wall balls before moving on to the deadlifts. Choose a weight for the deadlifts that is challenging but allows for unbroken sets.
