EMOM Strength Bench

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd minutes: 5 Bench Press at 75% of 1RM
  • Even minutes: 10 Burpees over the Bench

Equipment: Bench
Instructions: Perform 5 Bench Press repetitions every odd minute and 10 Burpees over the Bench every even minute for a total of 20 minutes. Adjust the weight of the Bench Press to 75% of your 1-rep max. Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the workout.
