EMOM Strength BarbellEvery Minute on the Minute (EMOM) for 20 minutes:
- 1 Power Clean
- 1 Front Squat
- 1 Push Press
- 1 Back Squat
Barbell: #135 / #95
Instructions: Start each minute with the Power Clean, then move into the Front Squat, Push Press, and finish with the Back Squat. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Keep a steady pace and focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
