EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 5 Power Snatches
  • Even Minutes: 5 Overhead Squats

Barbell: #135 / #95


Instructions: Every minute on the minute, perform 5 power snatches on the odd minutes and 5 overhead squats on the even minutes. Use a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Adjust weight as needed.
