  • 50 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 40 Dumbbell Snatches
  • 30 Dumbbell Deadlifts
  • 20 Dumbbell Box Step-ups
  • 10 Dumbbell Push Press

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete all repetitions of each movement before moving on to the next. This workout will test your strength and endurance with the dumbbell.
