  • 40 Dumbbell Shoulder-to-Overhead
  • 30 Dumbbell Front Squats
  • 20 Dumbbell Renegade Rows (10 each arm)
  • 10 Dumbbell Thrusters

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
