  • 40 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 30 Kettlebell Snatches (15 each arm)
  • 20 Kettlebell Clean and Jerks
  • 10 Turkish Get-ups (5 each arm)

Kettlebell Weight: Men - 24kg, Women - 16kg
