  • 40 Dumbbell Deadlifts
  • 30 Dumbbell Box Step Overs
  • 20 Dumbbell Renegade Rows
  • 10 Dumbbell Snatches

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows for good form throughout the workout.


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
