  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • 40 Goblet Lunges
  • 30 Kettlebell Deadlifts
  • 20 Single Arm Kettlebell Push Press (10 each arm)
  • 10 Turkish Get-ups

Kettlebell Weight: 24/16 kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Notes: Perform all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Be sure to maintain proper form throughout each movement, especially during the Turkish Get-ups.
