Tabata Weightlifting Barbell

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each exercise.
  • 1. Deadlifts
  • 2. Hang Power Cleans
  • 3. Push Press
  • 4. Back Squats

Barbell Weight: Use a challenging weight that allows for good form throughout the Tabata rounds.


Instructions: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds per exercise. Focus on maintaining good form and intensity throughout each round.
