  • 50 Dumbbell Snatches
  • 40 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 30 Dumbbell Deadlifts
  • 20 Dumbbell Lunges (each leg)
  • 10 Dumbbell Power Cleans

Dumbbell Weight: 50/35 lbs
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
