Tabata Strength Barbell

Tabata:


  • Barbell Back Squats
  • Barbell Shoulder Press

Equipment:
- Barbell
- Weight plates


Instructions:
Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement. Alternate between Barbell Back Squats and Barbell Shoulder Press. Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the entire Tabata. Rest 1 minute between movements.
