Instructions: Perform 21 deadlifts, 21 hang power cleans, and 21 front squats, then move on to 15 reps of each, followed by 9 reps of each. Choose a weight that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout. Time cap of 12 minutes to push intensity.
