  • 30 Single Arm Kettlebell Snatches (15 each arm)
  • 20 Turkish Get-ups
  • 10 Kettlebell Clean and Jerks

Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
