Tabata Weightlifting Rig

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
  • Alternating between:
    • Deadlifts
    • Hang Power Cleans
    • Push Jerks
    • Front Squats

Barbell: Choose a weight that allows for proper form throughout the Tabata intervals


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining good form and pushing through each interval with maximum effort.
