AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 10 Single Arm Kettlebell Clean and Jerks (5 per arm)
  • 10 Burpees over the Kettlebell

Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg


Score: Total rounds + reps completed in 20 minutes.


Notes: Keep a steady pace throughout the workout and focus on good form with the kettlebell movements. Make sure to switch arms for the Single Arm Clean and Jerks each round.
