AMRAP in 15 minutes:

  • 5 Hang Power Cleans
  • 5 Push Jerks

Instructions: Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 5 deadlifts, 5 hang power cleans, and 5 push jerks. Choose a weight that allows you to move through the movements with good form and without breaking up the reps too much. Keep track of your rounds and reps completed.
