  • 15 Kettlebell Swings
  • 12 Goblet Squats
  • 9 Turkish Get-ups (each arm)
  • 6 Kettlebell Snatches (each arm)

Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg
Time Cap: 10 Minutes


Instructions: Complete each round as fast as possible, moving through the movements with good form and technique. Focus on maintaining a strong grip and core stability throughout the workout.
