  • 8 Hang Power Cleans
  • 6 Push Jerks

Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Choose a weight that allows for unbroken sets in the beginning rounds, but challenges you as the workout progresses. Focus on proper form and technique throughout the workout.
