  • 8 Hang Power Cleans
  • 6 Push Jerks

Instructions: Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 deadlifts, 8 hang power cleans, and 6 push jerks. Choose a weight that allows you to move through the movements with good form and without sacrificing intensity. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain proper technique.
