  • 20 seconds of Barbell Thrusters
  • 10 seconds rest
  • 20 seconds of Barbell Deadlifts
  • 10 seconds rest

Barbell Weight: 95/65 lbs


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes). Alternate between Barbell Thrusters and Barbell Deadlifts. This Tabata workout will focus on both strength and endurance, pushing you to your limits with the barbell.
