AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 8 Goblet Squats
  • 6 Kettlebell Push Press (each arm)
  • 4 Turkish Get-ups (alternating sides)

Kettlebell Weight: Men 24kg / Women 16kg


Notes: Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes, moving through the movements with good form and focusing on strength and technique. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain proper form.
