- 10 Kettlebell Push Press (5 each arm)
- 10 Kettlebell Deadlifts
Kettlebell Weight: Men: 24kg, Women: 16kg
Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout each movement and focus on full range of motion. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving for the entire duration of the workout.
