  • 3 Push Press
  • 3 Back Squats
  • 3 Push Jerks

Barbell: #135 / #95
Instructions: Complete the complex of movements (Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Jerk) within each minute. Rest the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Adjust weight as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout.
