Chipper Weightlifting Dumbbell

Chipper: For Time:


  • 50 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
  • 40 Dumbbell Thrusters
  • 30 Dumbbell Deadlifts
  • 20 Dumbbell Front Rack Lunges (10 per leg)
  • 10 Dumbbell Squat Cleans

Dumbbell Weight: Choose a weight that allows for unbroken sets on the majority of movements.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Note: This workout will test your endurance and strength with the dumbbell. Be sure to maintain proper form throughout to prevent injury.
