- 50 Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms)
- 40 Dumbbell Thrusters
- 30 Dumbbell Deadlifts
- 20 Dumbbell Front Rack Lunges (10 per leg)
- 10 Dumbbell Squat Cleans
Dumbbell Weight: Choose a weight that allows for unbroken sets on the majority of movements.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
