EMOM Strength Stationary Bike

EMOM for 20 minutes:
- 10 Back Squats
- 15/12 Calorie Bike


Barbell: Choose a weight that allows for unbroken sets of back squats.
Instructions: Start each minute with the back squats, then move to the bike for the remaining time in the minute. Rest the remainder of the minute before starting the next round. Adjust weight as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.


Note: Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout and push the pace on the bike to get the most out of this strength and conditioning combo.
