  • 50 Bench Press (135/95 lbs)
  • 40 Deadlifts (185/135 lbs)
  • 30 Hang Power Cleans (95/65 lbs)
  • 20 Front Squats (135/95 lbs)
  • 10 Squat Clean Thrusters (115/75 lbs)

Time Cap: 20 Minutes


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Scale weights as needed to maintain proper form and intensity. Rest as needed between sets to maintain quality of movement.
