AMRAP Weightlifting Kettlebell

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
  • 8 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
  • 6 Kettlebell Clean and Press (each arm)

Kettlebell Weight: 24kg/16kg


Instructions: Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout each movement to prevent injury. Keep a steady pace and push yourself to keep moving for the entire duration of the workout.
