EMOM Strength KettlebellEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd minutes: 5 Kettlebell Swings + 5 Kettlebell Goblet Squats
- Even minutes: 5 Kettlebell Deadlifts + 5 Kettlebell Russian Twists
Kettlebell: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
Instructions: Perform the prescribed movements at the start of each minute, resting for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. This EMOM will focus on building strength and endurance with the kettlebell. Keep a steady pace and focus on quality movement.
